Financial Reporting

We undertake independent valuations for purchase price allocations for both UK and US GAAP under SFAS141/141R and IRFS3.

We undertake impairment testing under SFAS142.

We advise on stock and options granted to employees for reporting under IFRS2/FRS20.

We have considerable experience of balancing the needs of both clients and their auditors in what can be difficult areas.

We are firmly of the view that dialogue with the auditors is absolutely critical throughout the appraisal process so that the client receives an efficient service and value for money.

We regularly attend update training courses run in the US under the auspices of the American Society of Appraisers in this fast moving (and relatively new) area of valuation work.
