We undertake valuations for shareholder disputes (including S994/996 Companies Act 2006 "oppression" cases), matrimonial, distributor/agency cases, arbitration and mediation.
Tony Hindley is a Law Society registered expert witness in company and intellectual property valuation, with experience of having given evidence under cross-examination in the High Court, before the Commissioners and in the International Court of Arbitration, as well as acting in mediation.
Tony has written and reviewed many expert witness reports in a wide variety of circumstances including acting in some of the largest matrimonial cases and in complex litigation for very major corporate clients and national bodies.
Tony has acted as a Single Joint Expert acceptable to the Court on a number of occasions.
